Position: Senior HR Officer
Company: A US Based IT Firm
Industry: IT
Location: Lahore
Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Education: Preferably MBA from reputed university with specialization in HR
Salary range: Market Competitive Salary package

  • Strong headhunting skills are compulsory
  • Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally
  • Execute pre-screening and/or phone/face to face interviews. Provide support in assessment process. Coordinate with universities to execute on-campus recruitment activities
  • Ensure that employees’ leave and attendance record is properly maintained
  • Update and maintain employees’ personal files all the time
  • Ensure that employee contracts/confirmations are reviewed and processed in a timely manner
  • Look after employees insurance coverage and that EOBI and other government dues
  • Coordinate employee orientation\initiation into the company
  • Conduct exit interviews of employees leaving the company
  • Prepare monthly management reports on HR function in the company
  • Any other task assigned by the Manager
