Pete Smith has been involved in facilitation since 1971. Belonging from South Africa, his passion to go beyond as a learning and development guru began at university when he was appointed as a tutor in Philosophy. His career has spanned HR, Management Consulting, Marketing, Lecturing and Entrepreneurship. In all these disciplines, he has played the role of a Facilitator. Fifteen years ago Pete started Teamgel, a company focused on facilitating LEGO® workshops aimed at making business teams more efficient and effective. Through exclusively designed LEGO® trainings and workshops, he has trained around 1000 professionals from Europe, Africa, South Asia and Middle East.

He strongly believe in achieving a shared bond (team building) and promoting experiential learning. This is done by reaching a state of flow, the ideal platform for LEGO SERIOUS PLAY.
