  • Training BAs on necessary selling skills alongside collaborating with client to equip them with desired product(s) knowledge as well as verbal reasoning to respond to customers’ queries
  • Assigning territories and sales targets for BAs
  • Overseeing the entire campaign, BAs performance and achievement rate via on spot surprise visits, engaging resources unknown to BAs for monitoring their performance, pictorial evidences etc.
  • Designating an experienced team supervised by Project Manager to keep client updated through proactive reporting.
